THE MAILBOX

Our mailbox is built using a rugged dual-wall construction system featuring both an inner and outer shell for superior strength and durability.
- Outer shell constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel
- Additional components fabricated from 16-gauge steel

The sealed double-layer design helps keep your mail and packages protected from rain, dust, and harsh weather conditions while delivering a clean, modern appearance that stands out.
THE POST
Post Dimensions:
8.5" x 8.5" x 40"
Customize your mailbox post with precision laser-cut address numbers for a sleek, high-end look. During checkout, simply specify the numbers you would like and which sides of the post you want them displayed on.
Optional Solar Lighting
Available with an integrated solar-powered lighting system that illuminates your address numbers at night.
Features include:
- Flush-mounted solar panel for a seamless appearance
- Internal LED lighting installed inside the top of the column
- Removable solar panel and LED components for easy maintenance or replacement
INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Concrete Post Mount
Includes a heavy-duty 2" x 2" x 18" steel tube extending from the base of the post for secure concrete installation. Constructed from thick 1/8" steel tubing for maximum strength and stability.
Base Plate Mount
Includes a welded base plate designed for bolt-down installation onto concrete or other solid surfaces.
FINISH OPTIONS
Choose between our signature Rusted Patina COR-TEN® Steel finish or a Durable Powder Coat finish—both engineered to withstand the elements while maintaining their beauty for years to come.
Rusted Patina COR-TEN® Steel
Each mailbox is crafted from raw COR-TEN® steel, carefully sanded smooth, and treated to accelerate the natural weathering process.
Your mailbox will arrive pre-rusted and ready for installation. Over time, the finish will continue to develop a deeper, richer patina, creating a unique weathered appearance that naturally protects the steel beneath.
Please Note:
Because this is a natural oxidation process, the finish will initially appear brighter orange and gradually darken over time. Some surface residue is normal during unpacking and installation.
Powder Coat Finish
Our powder-coated finishes are professionally baked on for outstanding durability, weather resistance, and long-term color retention.

Can you do my logo/custom design?
Yes, we can do most logos. Please email us at Sales@TopNotchIronworks.com with your logo and what size you would like it to be. We can use AI, PNG, JPEG, SVG and EPS files. If sending a PNG or JPEG please send the highest resolution you have.
What finishes do you offer?
We offer raw steel and powder coated finishes.
Raw steel is bare uncoated metal. It can rust. We use hot rolled mild steel for all our signs. Each piece of raw steel is different. There may be imperfections, marks and sometimes scratches.
Powder coating is a durable baked on finish that does great outdoors. Our powder coat colors include Matte Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Copper Vein, Smooth Silver, Silver Vein and Gloss clear.
What material are the signs made from?
All our signs are crafted from 16-gauge steel. This gives you a sturdy sign without it being too heavy to hang on your wall.
How Long will it take to receive my order?
We are currently able to ship orders out within 1-2 weeks. Please see the details for each item for a more exact date.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship through FedEx and UPS. Deliveries usually take 2-6 days once the order ships out.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, please do not enter a PO box for deliveries. Most our items are too large to ship to a P.O. Box. To ensure your order is delivered correctly, we need a physical address.
Shipping damage/ returns
We pack our products with care to prevent shipping damage. If your item happens to be damaged during shipping. Please email us photos of the damage to Sales@TopNotchIronworks.com and we will send you a new sign.
If your personalized item was misspelled by us, please email us at Sales@TopNotchIronworks.com and we will send you a corrected item.
